How refunds and cancellations work for paid plans of FlowForge, DocMaster and FormMaster AI
FlowForge, DocMaster and FormMaster AI are free to install. You can optionally buy a paid plan (Plus or Pro) for higher usage limits.
Every paid plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period: 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). There is no automatic renewal and no subscription. We never charge your card again unless you choose to buy again.
When the period ends, the add-on returns to the free plan. Your files, forms and documents stay in your own Google account.
Because plans do not renew, there is nothing to cancel. If you do nothing, your plan simply ends at the end of the period you paid for.
You can keep using the paid limits until the end of the period.
**Within 7 days:** if you paid by mistake or the paid plan does not work for you, email us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund the full amount, as long as you have not used the extra paid limits.
**After 7 days:** payments are not refundable, because the plan has been available to you for its period.
**If something is broken:** if a paid feature does not work and we cannot fix it, we will refund the payment even after 7 days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
Email support@codeinate.com from the address you used to pay, and tell us which add-on and plan you bought. We reply within 2 business days.
Payments are handled by our payment partner, which also issues receipts and handles taxes where they apply. We do not store your card details.
