FlowForge
FlowForge Terms of Service
These terms apply when you install or use the FlowForge add-on for Google Workspace, provided by Codeinate.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Accepting these terms
By installing or using FlowForge you agree to these terms and to the FlowForge Privacy Policy. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
What FlowForge does
FlowForge creates Google Docs, Slides and PDFs from the rows of a Google Sheet using a template you choose, and can email them. Features marked Coming soon or Early access may change or be withdrawn.
FlowForge has a free plan with monthly limits on files created. We will give notice before changing the limits or introducing any paid plan.
Google Workspace
FlowForge works inside Google Workspace. Your use of Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive and Gmail is also governed by Google's terms. Codeinate is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
AI suggestions
The AI assistant can suggest which text to replace and which column to use, and can make mistakes. Check the preview before you create documents. You are responsible for the documents you create and send.
Do not rely on FlowForge for legal, tax or other professional advice about the documents you produce.
Your content
You keep all rights to your sheets, templates and documents. You give FlowForge only the permission it needs to process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use FlowForge to:
- collect passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive data under false pretences (phishing);
- send unsolicited or bulk email to people who did not expect it;
- create documents that are unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringe someone else's rights;
- interfere with, overload, or try to get around the limits of the add-on or Google's services.
We may limit or stop access for accounts that break these rules.
Limits and availability
FlowForge may have usage limits, and it depends on Google services and quotas, including Gmail's daily email limit. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
No warranty
FlowForge is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Codeinate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of FlowForge. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
Stopping use
You can stop using FlowForge at any time by uninstalling it and removing its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Documents and spreadsheets it created stay in your Drive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell users in the add-on or by email. Continuing to use FlowForge after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
