Questions
What counts toward my monthly number?
A new order and a new invoice each count, up to the number of your plan: Free 30 of each, Plus 300 of each. Changing an order, sending an email or opening an invoice you already made never counts. Pro has no monthly number.
What happens when I reach it?
Everything else keeps working: look at orders, change them, take payments, send emails, run reports. New orders or invoices wait until the 1st of next month, or you can move to a bigger plan. You see a calm notice at 80% first. Limits start on 1 December 2026; until then nothing is blocked.
Does the Free plan add anything to my invoices?
Yes, one small line: Made with DocMaster. Plus and Pro leave it off.
Where is my data?
In your own Google Sheet and Google Drive. DocMaster has no database of your orders, customers or products.
Is Pro really unlimited?
Yes. Fair use applies: it is made for one business. If you need heavy volume, write to us.
Will you charge me again next month?
No. Every plan is a single payment for 30 days or 12 months. When it ends you go back to Free. Nothing renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.
What if I pay again before my plan ends?
The new time is added after the time you have left, so you never lose days you paid for.
Can I switch to a bigger plan?
Yes, once your current plan has ended, or write to us and we will switch it sooner. We will not charge you twice for the same days.
Which email should I use?
The Google account you use in Sheets. Your plan is unlocked for that email on every device.
If I buy now, will the limits change later?
No. The limits you see when you pay stay the same until your plan ends, even if we change plans later.
