FormMaster AI Terms of Service

Accepting these terms

By installing or using FormMaster AI you agree to these terms and to the FormMaster AI Privacy Policy. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

What FormMaster AI does

FormMaster AI helps you create Google Forms and quizzes from a description or from a Google Sheet, check them after creation, and share their links. Features marked Coming soon or Early access may change or be withdrawn.

FormMaster AI is currently offered free of charge during early access. We will give notice before introducing any paid plan.

Google Workspace

FormMaster AI works inside Google Workspace. Your use of Google Forms, Sheets, Drive and Gmail is also governed by Google's terms. Codeinate is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

AI-generated content

Drafts written by the AI, including answer keys, can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every question, answer and setting before you create or share a form. FormMaster AI shows you the full draft and lets you edit it for this reason.

Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Your content

You keep all rights to your spreadsheets, forms, questions and responses. You give FormMaster AI only the permission it needs to process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FormMaster AI to:

• collect passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive data under false pretences (phishing);
• send unsolicited or bulk email to people who did not expect it;
• create content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights;
• interfere with, overload, or try to get around the limits of the add-on or Google's services.

We may limit or stop access for accounts that break these rules.

Limits and availability

FormMaster AI has usage limits, such as 20 questions per AI draft, 200 questions per sheet import and a cap on AI requests per user, and it depends on Google services and quotas. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

No warranty

FormMaster AI is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Codeinate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of FormMaster AI. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

Stopping use

You can stop using FormMaster AI at any time by uninstalling it and removing its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Forms and spreadsheets it created stay in your Drive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell users in the add-on or by email. Continuing to use FormMaster AI after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
