Get the template in 4 steps
- Install DocMaster from the Google Workspace Marketplace, open a new Google Sheet and click Set up this sheet. Your business name and currency are the only two questions.
- In More settings choose VAT, add your VAT number as your tax ID, and set the VAT rate on each product.
- Add your products and customers, then create an order.
- Make the invoice. A PDF is saved in the DocMaster folder in your Google Drive, and you can email it from your own Gmail.

Can I show my VAT number on the invoice?
Yes. Add it as your tax ID in More settings and it appears on every invoice.
Can I invoice in pounds or euros?
Yes. Choose your currency once in My business.

Where are my invoices saved?
As PDFs in your own Google Drive, in a folder named DocMaster. Your orders stay in your own Google Sheet.
