Open your Google Sheet™, open DocMaster from the Extensions menu, create a new order, pick the products and the customer, and make the order and invoice. The invoice is made in seconds with the number, taxes and totals filled in.
How do I make a PDF invoice from a Google Sheet™?
DocMaster saves every invoice as a PDF in your Google Drive™, in a folder named DocMaster or the folder you choose.
How do I use my own invoice template in Google Docs™?
Choose your own Google Docs™ invoice in Invoice look, then type a marker such as {{customer.name}} or {{order.grandTotal}} where each detail should go. DocMaster fills them in for every order, and the items repeat as rows of a table. Or pick a ready look: Classic, Modern, Simple or Compact.
How do I send invoices in bulk from Google Sheets™?

How do I create Google Calendar™ events and reminders from Google Sheets™?
Add a delivery date to an order. DocMaster creates a Google Calendar™ event with reminders a day before, two hours before and at the time. If the date changes the event is updated, and if you cancel the order it is deleted.
How do I make a quotation or estimate in Google Sheets™?
Save the order as a quotation and send the ready-made quotation email, valid for 30 days. When your customer agrees, change the status and carry on to the invoice.
How do I keep a customer list or simple CRM in Google Sheets™?
Customers are saved in your sheet with name, email, phone and address. Find a customer by email, see their past orders, and pick them again on the next order.
How do I get a daily or weekly sales report?
Turn on the summary email for a daily or weekly report in your inbox, or open Reports to see revenue and best sellers.
Can I invoice in my own currency?
Yes. Choose your currency in your settings.
